Private development website
Privacy notice
Last updated: 20 August 2026. QuickPay is currently in private development and is not yet accepting public registrations or payments.
Who is responsible
QuickPay is operated by Housing Syndicate Limited, company number 16275907, registered at 17 Pickwick Grove, Birmingham, England, B13 9LL. For privacy questions, contact quickpay360@gmail.com.
Information this website receives
This informational website does not provide account registration or payment forms. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include in that message. Our hosting provider may also process basic technical logs needed to deliver and secure the website, such as an IP address, request time, requested page, and browser information.
Future QuickPay service
If QuickPay later opens for testing or public use, we expect the service to process account identity, contact details, payment-request information, WhatsApp message identifiers, consent records, provider status, and audit records. Before that happens, this notice will be updated with the exact purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention periods, and user choices.
Payment and messaging providers
QuickPay is being designed so that card and bank details are entered directly with a regulated payment provider rather than in WhatsApp or QuickPay chat. That payment provider will process information under its own privacy terms. WhatsApp and its provider may process messaging and delivery information under their applicable terms.
How information is used
- To respond to enquiries you send us.
- To operate, secure, diagnose, and improve this development website.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect against misuse.
Lawful bases for current processing
Our lawful basis for these limited current activities is legitimate interests where processing is necessary and proportionate to respond to enquiries and to operate and secure this development website. We rely on legal obligation instead where processing is required by law. The basis used depends on the circumstances. This summary describes our current approach and is general information, not legal advice.
Retention and sharing
We retain enquiries and necessary technical records only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose collected, security, dispute handling, or legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers for hosting, security, communications, and—once enabled—payments, under appropriate contractual arrangements.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Contact us first at quickpay360@gmail.com so we can help.
Changes
We will revise this notice before the service handles live customer registrations or payments. The updated date above will change when the notice changes.
